Content Hub troubleshooting

Recover blocked drafts and publishing failures without losing work or creating copies.

Start by checking the selected clinic project and reading the full error. Keep the existing brief and article whenever possible. Creating another copy rarely fixes a permission, inventory, or publishing problem.

The blog scan blocks creation

If the inventory expired, select Refresh blog in Services and wait for a complete result. A failed or partial scan does not mean the blog is empty.

Check that the project's domain is correct and public. Ask the webmaster to inspect sitemap discovery, login requirements, and crawler access. A scan that exceeds its limits needs investigation, not a duplicate-check bypass.

For an existing-topic warning, open the matching article. Revise the intended question as well as the title only when your new article genuinely serves a different purpose.

Generation failed or appears stuck

Find the existing article in Articles. If it is queued or running, allow it to continue and avoid starting another copy.

For a failed article, resolve the stated cause first: refresh the inventory, save the revised brief, obtain brief approval, or ask the account owner about usage access. Then retry generation on that same article. Partial output, when available, is unfinished content.

Provider-capacity or billing errors may require support. Do not send API keys or try to solve these by adding credentials to a brief.

Approval or publishing is unavailable

Confirm that your role allows the action and the account has active Content Hub access. Check that the latest edits are saved and the article is approved at that revision.

Resolve unsupported claims and required medical-review confirmation. A quality override cannot bypass these requirements. After another edit, repeat review and approval.

For WordPress errors, test the connection and verify the user's post permissions. Revoked application passwords must be replaced in the connection.

Publication is uncertain or incomplete

If WordPress may already have saved the post, use the existing article's retry flow. Check Publication History and WordPress before creating anything new. Delivered, Scheduled, and Saved as Draft do not mean publicly published.

If WordPress succeeds but a copy destination fails, inspect the separate results. Do not republish a new article simply to retry a copy.

Contact support safely

Include the project name, article or brief ID, approximate time and time zone, exact error, destination type, and steps already tried. Share a redacted screenshot if useful.

Exclude passwords, signing keys, patient information, and private medical records. Mention whether WordPress already contains the post.
