How to create a ClinGEO account, confirm your email, and sign in to your dashboard.

Creating a new account

Step 1. Go to the registration page

Open clingeo.com and click "Try for free" on the homepage, or navigate directly to /sign-up.

Step 2. Fill in the registration form

Enter:

  • Email — your email address, which will become your login
  • Password — minimum 8 characters

Click "Sign Up".

Step 3. Confirm your email

After registration you will receive an email with the subject "Confirm your email". Open the email and click "Confirm email".

Important: If the email doesn't arrive within 5 minutes, check your Spam folder. Also make sure you entered your email correctly.

Step 4. Onboarding — first project

After confirming your email, the system will automatically take you to the onboarding page where you will set up your first project (clinic). See First Project for details.


Signing in to an existing account

Via email and password

  1. Go to /sign-in
  2. Enter your Email and Password
  3. Click "Sign In"

Forgot your password?

  1. On the sign-in page, click "Forgot password?"
  2. Enter the email associated with your account
  3. Receive an email with a password reset link
  4. Follow the link and set a new password

Password reset links are valid for 24 hours.


Account security

Changing your password

You can change your password at any time in Profile → Security. See Profile & Settings for details.

Signing out

To sign out:

  1. Click the profile icon in the top-right corner
  2. Select "Sign Out"

Trial plan

After registration, your account is automatically activated on the Trial plan (free). It includes:

  • 1 project (clinic)
  • Up to 10 services
  • Full audit suite
  • Limited refresh frequency

To get more capabilities, upgrade to a paid plan in the Billing section.
