Billing & Plans

The "Billing" section (/home/billing) lets you view your current plan, upgrade your subscription, and manage payment details.


Pricing plans

ClinGEO offers 4 plans:

Trial (Free)

A permanent free plan to explore the platform.

Current plan and status

On the Billing page you can see:

  • Current plan — plan name and its features
  • Subscription status — active or expired
  • Next billing date — or the end date of the current cycle
  • Used resources — number of projects, services, remaining audits

Upgrading your subscription

Switching to a higher plan

  1. Go to Billing (/home/billing)
  2. Click "Upgrade plan" or "View plans"
  3. Select the desired plan
  4. Enter payment details (Visa/Mastercard card)
  5. Confirm payment

The upgrade takes effect immediately after successful payment.

Downgrading your plan

Switching to a lower plan takes effect after the end of your current paid cycle. Data and projects are preserved, but may be limited to the new plan's quotas.


Payment methods

ClinGEO accepts:

  • Visa and Mastercard bank cards
  • Payment is processed through a secure payment gateway

Payment details are stored only in the payment processor — ClinGEO does not store your card credentials.


Invoices and receipts

On the Billing page in the "Payment history" section you'll find:

  • A list of all transactions
  • The date and amount of each payment
  • A button to download a PDF receipt

Cancelling your subscription

  1. Go to Billing
  2. Click "Cancel subscription"
  3. Confirm cancellation

After cancellation:

  • The subscription remains active until the end of the paid period
  • After expiration, your account automatically reverts to the Trial plan
  • Project and audit data is preserved

Frequently asked questions

Is there a free trial for paid plans?

Yes, some plans may include a trial period. Check the pricing page clingeo.com/pricing for current offers and promotions.

What happens if I exceed the service limit?

Adding new services will be blocked until you upgrade your plan or delete existing services. Existing services and their data remain unchanged.

Can I get an invoice for accounting?

To receive an invoice, contact support with your organization's details.
