Understand results and usage
Read Content Hub totals without confusing production metrics with patient acquisition.
Open Performance for the selected clinic project. This view summarizes content production and model usage. It is not a report of patient bookings or proof that AI assistants recommend your clinic.
Read the four metrics
| Metric | Scope |
|---|---|
| Published articles | Articles published in the last 30 days. |
| Total articles | Articles across all time. |
| Average quality | Average article quality across all time. |
| Tokens used | Model text usage in the last 30 days. |
A token is a unit used to process model input and output, not one article or a fixed monetary amount. Article length, retries, and evidence checks can affect usage.
Quality measures are editorial signals. A higher score does not prove factual accuracy, better search rankings, or more appointments.
Connect Google Search Console
If you want to connect website search data, open Settings → Advanced → Integrations, connect the Google account that has access to the website's Search Console property, and save the exact property identifier.
A domain property can look like sc-domain:clinic.example. A URL-prefix property can look like https://clinic.example/. Use the actual property, including its protocol and any www prefix, rather than guessing from the clinic name.
Your webmaster can help set up or verify ownership using Google's Search Console property guide. The integration requests read-only search-data access.
Check synchronization
Use Sync now, inspect the result, and check Last synced. Zero imported rows can be legitimate. Search data needs to match the canonical URLs of existing published articles; a different hostname or unmapped URL may not be associated.
The canonical URL is the main address used to identify a page. Ask the webmaster to check it when the same article has several addresses.
Connecting Search Console does not add a full search-analytics dashboard to the four-metric Performance page. Disconnecting the integration does not delete previously stored data.
Evaluate the whole workflow
Verify the actual published article first, then use your website analytics and Search Console for their respective traffic and search measures. Do not infer patient conversions from article count or token usage.
For failed syncs or unavailable controls, see troubleshooting.
