Set up Content Hub
Choose the clinic, add an author, and save writing defaults before creating briefs.
Start with the correct clinic project, a publicly accessible website domain, and active access to Content Hub. If editing or publishing controls are unavailable, ask the account owner to check your access and subscription.
Add a real author
- Open Content Hub → Settings → Content.
- Add an author with their full name and role.
- Enter only verified credentials, experience, and biography details.
- Choose the default author where appropriate and save.
Select an author when creating a brief. Do not invent a clinician or qualification to make an article appear more authoritative. An author profile does not replace clinical review.
Choose writing defaults
In the same section, choose the niche, article language, tone, and target length. Configure FAQ inclusion, the medical disclaimer, and the quality threshold, then select Save defaults.
Writing defaults apply to new briefs. They do not rewrite articles or change already saved briefs. Check the individual brief before generation, especially when producing content in more than one language.
The quality threshold is different: publication uses the project's current threshold, including for existing articles. Raising it can block publication of an already approved article until its quality meets the threshold or an allowed quality-warning override is confirmed.
The quality threshold is an editorial gate, not a medical safety score. A disclaimer also does not make unsupported claims acceptable.
Choose a workflow
Manual approval adds a brief-approval step before drafting. Automatic reduces that brief-stage intervention; it does not authorize articles to publish themselves or remove medical and evidence checks.
Choose the mode that matches who prepares briefs and who reviews them. People who can write drafts may not have permission to approve articles, manage publishing connections, or publish. Ask the account owner when a required control is missing.
Check the project website
The existing-blog scan uses the selected project's domain. Make sure it points to the clinic's public site, not a staging site, another clinic, or an administration address. Changing the domain requires a new valid inventory.
Next, scan the existing blog. You can set up the WordPress connection before or after drafting; it is needed for publishing, not for writing.
