Edit, check sources, and approve

Review the saved article and its evidence before authorizing publication.

Open an article from Articles after generation finishes. You can edit the text and inspect its formatted preview. Do not treat generated wording, a quality score, or a named source as proof that a claim is correct.

Save the version you want reviewed

Check the title, headings, facts, links, and images. Remove invented details and unsupported promises. Give an uploaded featured image meaningful alternative text.

Use Save Draft and confirm the saved state before checking evidence or requesting approval. If saving fails or is still pending, do not assume your latest edits are included.

Historical versions are read-only. Return to the working article to edit; restoring an older version makes it the working version while retaining history. Versions are not separate website posts.

Check evidence and clinic facts

In Evidence and clinic facts, select Find sources and check saved text. Read the source and the relevant excerpt, not only the status.

ResultWhat to do
SupportedConfirm the source actually supports the wording and context.
ContradictedCorrect or remove the claim and check again.
Insufficient evidenceFind suitable evidence or remove the unsupported statement.
Review requiredAsk an authorized reviewer to examine and resolve the claim.

Verified clinic facts are for documented details such as hours, locations, prices, and credentials. Include the supporting URL and a validity period, up to 90 days. They are not a substitute for medical evidence. After adding a fact, check the saved text again. Expired or revoked facts cannot continue supporting publication.

Obtain editorial approval

Send the draft to review when needed. An authorized reviewer must inspect the latest saved revision, resolve evidence issues, and complete the required medical-review confirmation before approval. Use a suitably qualified reviewer for clinical claims.

Quality and readability checks can help editing but do not establish medical accuracy or guarantee that text is “undetectable” as AI-written. A low-quality override does not bypass evidence, medical-review, or permission checks.

After approval

Changes to text, title, or featured image invalidate approval. Save and review again. If another person changes the article while you review it, reload and approve the actual latest revision.

Editing a previously published article does not instantly update WordPress. Follow publication again after approval. Use the editor's additional options to export Markdown when you need a manual handoff.
